I like that the bags protect fish from freezer burn. I have stored fish fillet’s and whole fish and it works well keep fish fresh. I try not to store fish more than three weeks in the bags.My decision to do that.That’s because I think there is deterioration of fish meat quality and taste the longer it is in the freezer.After using the bag there is strong fish odor in the bag. I will wash and see if smell lessens or disappears.Does anyone else have experience with reusing these bags?

Bought these for my dad who often has people charter his boat for fishing trips and he will filet their fish. Rather than send them home with a ziplock bag of filets, this is a bit more professional, he loved them! They are heavy duty plastic and seem to be watertight, very nice quality.
