Q: What cooler size is best for me?
A: We’re happy to help you find the perfect fit! Contact us, and our team will gladly recommend the ideal size based on your needs and how you plan to use your cooler.
Q: How long will my AO Cooler hold ice?
A: : With the proper amount of ice, an AO Cooler can hold ice for up to 24 hours in 100°F heat.

Q: How should I clean the exterior of my cooler?
A: Use water, mild soap, and a medium-to-hard scrub brush to remove stains and keep your cooler looking fresh.
Q: How can I clean the inside liner of my cooler?
A: For tough odors or stains, clean the liner using a mixture of mild soap and water. For the best results, remove the liner from the cooler, wipe it thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely after each use.
Q: Is the top zipper waterproof?
A: No. The top zipper may leak if the cooler is turned upside down.
Our coolers are designed to sit flat and include four eye hooks so they can be securely fastened to any vehicle.
Q: Can I use dry ice in my AO Cooler
A: No. Dry ice can damage the liner — direct contact may cause it to crack
Q: What does RF Welded Seams Mean?
A: “RF welded seams” means the liner is heat-melted into one solid piece, rather than glued.
This creates a much stronger, more durable liner than traditional seam methods.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Yes! Orders of four or more coolers qualify for a discount, and we also offer promotional pricing on orders of 12 or more coolers.
