Price has been running consistently with top 10 results in each of the SSV stages at the 2024 Dakar but today topped it all with Sara reaching a key goal in her Dakar quest. The American racer continues to impress as she is accomplishing this feat as both a privateer and Dakar Rally rookie.
With only two stages remaining, the team heads into stage 11 tomorrow in 2nd position in SSV, 1st in the World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC).
''It was absolutely amazing to be able to win this stage, it means a whole lot. Not only were we the First American Woman to win a stage but we were the third Woman Ever to be able to achieve that. So this is big in the history making and I hope to make America proud!'' Price said.

Following two consecutive stage wins, the American racer becomes the first-ever American Woman to earn a Stage Win in the FIA World Rally-Raid Championship. After completing over 2240 kilometers, only 11 cars finished the race out of the 19 entered in the T4 category. Price stayed consistent for the first 5 days with top 5 finishes but encountered a radius rod failure at km47 during the final stage which cost Team #410 over 20 minutes. Price had to finish the stage on a crooked rear end and claimed an 8th place final stage finish still sacrificing enough time to take home 2nd overall in class.
‘’We came here to get some experience before the Dakar Rally and ended up in 2nd place overall in T4! I’m so beyond grateful to be here and hope to continue this success leading into Dakar!'' - Price
Price teamed up with navigator Jeremy Gray whom she had success with at the Sonora Rally earlier this year claiming the win and earning “Road to Dakar” challenge. The team spent a weekend training at America's Jimmy Lewis's Rally School following their Sonora win and Gray's first time navigating on the World Rally-Raid stage was turning heads of veterans as it truly was his first time navigating at this level.
''Rallye Du Maroc! Wow, what a race! To finish in second place in SSV T4 feels amazing! With the knowledge gained from Morocco we are determined to sharpen our skills and come out even stronger for the Dakar Rally!'' - Gray
The 6-day event proved to be excellent training for the upcoming Dakar Rally this January. The team will regroup and prepare for the hardest off-road challenge of their career.
Sara will be campaigning her journey to the Dakar Rally through her social channels and website SaraPriceMX.com where fans can join her journey and support.

"The Leopard Series was inspired by women for women after several requests for more stylish coolers. Our female customers are adventurous, bold, and brave, and they want to look good while playing hard. We listened and created this new series of coolers," says Stephanie Hatch, AO co-owner.
While rugged and chic, the Leopard Series gets its toughness thanks to 1200 denier fabric that resists tears and repels water. Customizable for events or special occasions, all coolers have a TPU-coated reverse zipper, providing a more airtight, water-repellent seal and sleeker look. The upgraded padded shoulder strap makes it comfortable and the D-rings create a place for a tie-down or to attach keys or bottle opener. All coolers are guaranteed to hold ice for 24 hours and come with a limited lifetime warranty.
The Leopard Series is available in three sizes and two styles. The backpack cooler combines style with function for a day at the pool, beach, lake, hiking, camping, riding, and just any place the world takes the adventurer. Being soft-sided makes all AO coolers perfect for any travel.
"I used my new backpack cooler on my trip to Hawaii, and it was a game-changer. Never again will I purchase an over-priced cooler from the local tourist trap. It was an ideal carry-on, and all week it kept us hydrated, and I even used it to keep my electronics safe on the boat while diving. On the way home I packed it in my suitcase — this is the perfect bag," said customer Nicole Newton.
About Us: AO was built on giving active people quality products at a reasonable price. We started selling our coolers to the hard-core, go-fast boaters in Lake Havasu, Arizona, where extreme heat could reach 120 degrees. AO kept ice for 24 hours, or even the entire weekend. That was 19 years ago. Today, we are still making our high-quality coolers. We have new styles, but also many other products in both the marine and off-road sections. We've grown with our customers. Our customers are on the water in the summer and ride the sand dunes in the winter. Our products give those high-octane souls out there greater freedom to embark on and enjoy what's important to them. AO — flexibly rugged, seriously fun, and honestly real — is the original soft-sided cooler company.
